Welcome to Yetz — a professional networking and creative connection platform designed to help verified creatives, professionals, and collaborators discover one another. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Yetz Ltd. governing your use of the Yetz mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Services and delete your account.

5.1 You must register an Account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
5.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must not share your password or permit others to use your Account.
5.3 Yetz is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your Account.
5.4 You may delete your Account at any time within the App settings.
6.1 Yetz operates as a professional and creative network. Certain access levels require successful completion of Yetz’s Verification process.
6.2 You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when submitting a portfolio or credentials.
6.3 Incomplete portfolios may result in delayed or denied access.
6.4 Yetz reserves the right to approve or reject verification applications at its sole discretion.
6.5 Verified users may choose to interact only with other verified users.
6.6 Yetz’s verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of a user’s credentials.

You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:
Yetz may remove any content violating these Terms and suspend or terminate offending accounts.
10.1 You retain ownership of all User Content you upload.
10.2 By uploading, you grant Yetz a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Services.
10.3 You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
10.4 Yetz may monitor or remove User Content at any time at its discretion.
10.5 Yetz is not obligated to restore or retain deleted content.
11.1 Member Content belongs to the user who posted it. You may view, but not copy, distribute, or use Member Content for any purpose other than legitimate interaction through the Services.
11.2 Yetz does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of Member Content.
11.3 You agree that your reliance on Member Content is at your own risk.
12.1 All other text, software, images, and materials appearing in the Services (“Yetz Content”) are owned or licensed by Yetz and protected by copyright, trademark, and database law.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Yetz Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Yetz Content without our express written consent.
12.4 “YETZ”, the Yetz logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Yetz Ltd.
13.1 Yetz does not tolerate inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
13.2 You can report misconduct directly through the App or via email at devteam@yetz.io.
13.3 Yetz may share relevant data with law enforcement or other partners if required by law or for safety reasons.
14.1 Yetz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
14.2 By using the Services, you consent to such processing, including biometric verification data solely for account authentication.
14.3 Yetz does not sell user data.
15.1 By creating an Account, you consent to receive non-marketing SMS messages solely for one-time passcode (OTP) verification, activation, and account security.
15.2 Yetz does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.
15.3 You may opt out by replying “STOP” to an SMS or by emailing devteam@yetz.io.
15.4 Standard carrier rates may apply.
15.5 Yetz shall not be responsible for delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues.
16.1 Yetz may offer free or paid membership tiers.
16.2 Subscription fees are displayed prior to purchase and processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or authorised payment processors.
16.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
16.4 Yetz may revise pricing or add new services at its discretion.
16.5 Refunds are governed by Clause 18.
17.1 All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
17.2 UK and EU users have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law.
17.3 Users outside the UK/EU have a 7-day refund period beginning from purchase.
17.4 To request a refund, contact devteam@yetz.io with proof of purchase.
17.5 If you purchased via Apple or Google, you must contact the respective platform for refunds.
18.1 You may delete your account at any time in the App settings.
18.2 Yetz may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these Terms or engage in misconduct.
18.3 Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.
19.1 Yetz does not conduct criminal background or identity checks on users.
19.2 You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.
19.3 Yetz disclaims all liability for the actions or conduct of any user.
20.1 The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
20.2 Yetz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
20.3 Yetz does not guarantee compatibility, availability, or success in finding connections.
21.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yetz shall not be liable for:
21.2 Yetz’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed £100 GBP or the total amount you paid to Yetz in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yetz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:
23.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
23.2 For users in the United States, the Federal Arbitration Act governs all arbitration proceedings.
24.1 U.S. users agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) under its Comprehensive Dispute Resolution Rules.
24.2 Arbitration shall occur in the State of Delaware unless mutually agreed otherwise.
24.3 You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
24.4 Non-U.S. users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Yetz.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplementary agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yetz and supersede all prior understandings.
